These terms govern your use of octaverse.net and the OctaVerse app ("the Service"), operated by OctaNova (sole proprietorship of Sudhanshu Kumar), GSTIN 10KWHPK2032M1ZL, registered in Bihar, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to them.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure. One account is for one person; sharing login access with others is a breach of these terms and may result in access being withdrawn without refund.
Course prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the course content for the access period stated on the course page (lifetime access unless stated otherwise). It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
Lessons are watermarked with the viewing account's phone number. Leaked content is traceable and will result in permanent account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.
Editing packs, presets and templates in the Vault may be used freely in your own videos, including commercial client work. They may not be redistributed, resold, or repackaged as a product.
Live classes run on a published schedule that may change; we will notify enrolled students of changes in the app. Recordings are added after each class. We are not liable for a student missing a live session.

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (video hosting, payment providers) may cause temporary interruption.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; purchases are subject to the Refund Policy.
The Service provides educational content. We make no guarantee of any income, employment or client outcome. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
